We’re located above Jam Cafe and Devil’s Elbow at 560 Beatty Street. To gain access to the building, buzz us at #0306 (be sure to include the # sign) on the keypad located on the lefthand side of the entry door and you’ll find us in Unit 306 on the Third Floor. Elevator access is at the end of the hall.

Metered parking is available down Beatty Street, with pay parking lots available on the corner of Beatty & West Pender, Cambie & Dunsmuir, and below International Village Mall.

She has experience with on and off-field sporting injuries, pediatrics, hip and knee replacements, pre and post natal rehabilitation and chronic pain. She has a passion for Pilates rehabilitation, and enjoys combining traditional gym exercises with the Pilates repertoire. Having a background as a gymnast herself, she has worked through multiple injuries and understands the hard work required for proper rehabilitation. She is passionate about making sure that clients are getting the right care to return to their goals in a sustainable way, both physically and mentally. When she is not in the clinic, you can find Rebecca out hiking, biking and enjoying the beautiful outdoors that BC has to offer.

With a keen interest in continuing education, Autumn has taken mat and reformer training in the Rehabilitation stream of STTOT Pilates (Spinal, Pelvic and Scapular Stabilization). She finds that integrating the principles of Pilates into physiotherapy allows for a fun, unique treatment and empowers her clients to become more aware of muscle activation and control. Autumn has also completed additional training in soft tissue release and IMS / dry needling. Autumn uses a mixture of manual therapy, Clinical Pilates, patient education, and specific exercise prescription to guide her clients to move better, feel better, and become their best selves.

Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, Melina worked at Gastown Physio & Pilates as a Kinesiologist and Pilates Instructor. She continues to incorporate Clinical Pilates into her practice on a regular basis. Melina spent two seasons working with a local rugby club, gaining experience both in on-field assistance and with ongoing injury management. She also received her Sports First Responder training during this time. She has pursued further post-graduate training in Pelvic Floor rehabilitation, which allows her to treat females with conditions such as incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain conditions. As an active person herself, Melina is keenly interested in helping clients in their rehabilitation through education, exercise, and encouraging bodily awareness to prevent injury. Linda is a clinician-scientist with extensive knowledge in knee injuries and rehabilitation. She is well known internationally for both her clinical and research knowledge. She completed her PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of British Columbia with a research focus on the impact of social support on recovery following a traumatic knee injury (e.g., ACL injury). With her thesis work, she also worked to develop an innovative program looking at how to delay and/or prevent knee osteoarthritis and physical inactivity. She is a clinical instructor in the Physiotherapy Masters Program at UBC.

Linda has more than 12 years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist and has worked closely with sport medicine physicians and knee surgeons at her time at the Glen Sather Sports Medicine Clinic in Edmonton, Alberta. She treats a wide range of injuries, but has extensive experience in diagnosing and managing knee injuries, particularly ACL injuries. Linda’s treatment approach is strongly rooted in 1) exercise 2) evidence/research 3) empowering and educating patients. She is an avid climber and enjoys ice hockey and weight lifting.
